We combine our expertise along with state-of-the-art, proprietary software to compile a customized, audit-ready product. Our AAPs have been audited by the OFCCP within many industries throughout the United States and we have never failed an audit. For every AAP created, we work with your team to understand what the data says about your employment practices and how to proactively improve your compliance over time. Notably, one OFCCP auditor called a client’s MCG generated plan to be the best she had ever seen.

Regardless of where your office is located, MCG can complete your AAP without any on-site visits, unless you would prefer them. Furthermore, we can provide as much or as little guidance as you desire.

As of January 2013, AAP’s prepared by MCG will include the new census data (2006-2010 American Community Survey (ACS) EEO Tabulation) when estimating availability percentages.

Data entry errors are common in those companies that either enter their data manually or have a very large number of applicants. MCG can assist you with the accuracy of your plan by looking for and resolving most data integrity issues before your plan is generated. Data integrity checks include:

  • Ensuring all new hires are listed in the Applicant Flow Log
  • Ensuring all resources are listed consistently in the various data sources (hires, terminations and promotions)
  • Resolving inconsistencies between jobs posted and jobs hired
  • Setting up job groups and census codes for your job titles

Compensation Analysis Compensation Analysis

We have a number of compensation analysis reports designed to expose possible compensation issues by comparing the average and median pay of females versus males and whites versus minorities within each job title or job group. With your additional data, we can also perform salary regression analysis based upon factors other than hire date such as time in position, educational background, performance ratings, etc.
